The LSC never had an electronic speedometer.

Yes.... Electronic by virtue of the fact that it has no mechanical connection to the transmission. (no spedo cable) In that case, it would be considered electronic.
Digital, meaning "no gages with a needle"; NO. The LSC was not equipped with a digital dash.
They are ALL, however, electronic.

Actually it’s done the same way you would a mechanical speedometer and that is changing the driven gear on the side of the transmission.
