New suspension, new upper control arm and new sway bar linkage.... nothing seemed to be loose either, any ideas?????

At first I would think the brakes. You must have checked that all ready or maybe wheel bearing ??

CHECK YOUR BALL JOINTS!!!!
even if your posotive its not them check em. i had the same thing except my was kind of a creaking noise. long story short it snapped while i was doing 35-40 and almost put me into a tree. (i think the mark was out for blood that day) i got lucky but dont let it happen to you!

Lower Control Arm "Ball Joints"!!
My 93 had a squeek and it was the ball joints. Change the Upper and it went away. Then it came back change the lower now more squeek.
