Ok guy i am a long time reader 1st time poster:D. As all of us ls owners know no one really makes a exhaust for the ls. so i was talking to john at sss-exhaust who builds ss exhaust for mustangs and i asked him about an ls exhaust, he said he needs to know how many people would be interested? so how many people need one ? and which muffler would you like in the system?
They have chamber muffler and 2 sizes of straight through style mufflers.

price will be a big factor in how many people want it. the magnaflow and borla systems are waaay over priced so most people just get some mufflers welded in. also someone should make a kit from aluminized steel to cut cost down, you could always coat it to prevent rust. 700 or more for cat back is rape when mustangs get it for like 250-350. just my .02

yeah price would be a factor im interested just would have to know the price range before id be set on it

its too easy to just order some mufflers, an x pipe, and some straight pipe & U bends from summit and weld it up your self (or have a shop do it for you) and spend half as much as the cat back kits that are all ready available.

thats is why i need number to give him for the price. more cars lower price.

Here is what I would do:

Get quotes on the kit for set amounts of vehicles.

10 kits - x dollars.
15 kits - y dollars.
20+ kits - z dollars.

This way you will lget pricing faster, and it will give your intended audience a better idea of interest.
