Stainless Steel Mufflers

Our first run XpansionX Mufflers were more oval then the current ones yes. Ours come with tips too.
 
Those Magnaflows will be a lot quieter than the LMS mufflers if that's what you are looking for they are not not bad. Gives you a nice mellow sound but definately louder than stock when you get in the upper RPMs...

Have you ever heard the Magnaflows next to the XpansonX mufflers in the same comparison? Meaning same setup, pipe size, twin x pipe and all.

I have and ours is quieter slightly. I do not remember which part # Magnaflows they were. I may be getting old but I only want to hear my exhaust when I romp on it and thats what the LMS system was designed for.
 
Actually, I haven't heard the LMS mufflers in person but I have heard the Magnaflows that look like that picture and they were quiet... actually too quiet for my tastes but not a bad sound overall! Just needs more bass in my opinion. But then again I like the way Dynomax Bullets sound on a Mark VIII and you should have heard my 95 LSC with the cutouts open... exhaust sound is all personal preference anyway but those LMS mufflers look like quality pieces for sure!
