Stuck 4-way Flasher Switch

Anybody have any ideas on a 4-way flasher switch that will not pop-up when yo try to turn it on? It pushes down slightly, but doesn't release and pop-up to turn the lights on. It's on a 98 LSC. Thanks

Toggle switch maybe? Wire it under the dash since it's rarely ever used.

Mine would get stuck all the time, one day the turn signals quit working all together. I bought a turn signal switch from the cheapest person on ebay (of course after going through 3 used factory switches) for 40.00 and havent had a bit of trouble out of it in a year of use.
