Suggestions for quality Cold Air Induction

Hi guys.

I was hoping to get some Ideas on what you guys have used with success
as far as Cold Air Intake Systems.

I have a 05' LS Sport v8.

Any input is appreciated.

About only production related model made for the 03 and up V8 LS is the KKM True-Rev Sport Induction Kit. There has been a couple of folks make a "one off" kit but your best bet for the dollar is the KKM kit. You can view it here:

do you happen to know what the HP specs are after installation?....
i think 10-15 gain is a pretty generalized statement......

Btw, I already did the cut out of the bottom of the stock box..and
that actually helpd. Id just like to got to the next level before
I add the NOS and the Xcal upgrades.

Those HP numbers are from KKM. We have not personally dyno'd an LS with the 03 and up KKM kit. I'd say those numbers are on the conservative side according to some folks that have the kit.

go with the kkm cai it makes a huge difference plus it has a cool sound to it.
