Suspension questions for modding

Hey everyone, iv been digging through some old posts and saw lots of this and that about suspension and parts and I thought it would be best to just ask straight forward.

I want to lower my Ls. Nothing crazy just a bit. How complicated does this become with the setup the ls is running? And what is the best course of action? Can i just do a coilover swap or are there more underlining factors? Im aware of the air-ride, does it have to be removed for this to work?

Im looking for still some decent handling, and some comfort is welcome IF POSSIBLE.

There is no "air ride" available for the LS.

Be prepared for unusual tire wear, and potential alignment problems, if you lower the vehicle.
