PS I did try sealing mine. No dice. Sucks, doesn't it?

yes passenger rear. how much was new one. what did your lm dealer say. im gonna silicon the hell outta it tom. and c if that helps.

My 02 has blown both rear bulbs even though they are supposed to be the long life bulbs.

I think I found it for $104.

Dealer? Hah. They said it was the trunk weatherstripping (which, did need replacing, but wasn't the cause of this)...I had 3" of water in the trunk when it rained for like a week straight. That is fixed thankfully. I should have my new coils / boots, and taillight on Monday. :)

Look at the black bezel that the bulb locks into and see if its warped at all. If it is warped then the 3 little light bezels will start to separated. Look very closely at the cluster (the 3 bezels) and look for a hair line seperation (crack) in the plastic. There will be one somewhere in that cluster. If you can't find it just silicone all the point that the 3 bezel connect to the rest of the black plastic (they should all be 90 degree angles).
