The house next door.

you should see my neighbors house. they moved up north, so they come back once a year to mow the lawn, so the weeds are about 2 foot tall, the house is covered in random wood siding and plywood, the windows are old and rotted most are covered in plastic wrap, the garage door is caving in, the roof has random patches, and one new stretch on one side of the roof. we would be better off burning the piece of :q:q:q:q and buying the land

New owner cleaned the inside today.

After seeing what the outside looked like, I would not have expected anything less.
Boy, I'll bet you're glad the're gone.
Bob.

First of all I'd like to congratulate you on no more dirty neighbors. The rest of this post is an explanation of my deathtrap.
I should have elaborated that it was not a property, but a vehicle that was a deathtrap, but by the time i met lemon law standards miles racked up, and florida makes you pay an amount back to the manufacturer depending on the mileage. At 20,000 miles it came out to be much more than i could afford, they refused to fix it, i refused to drive it. I tried to negotiate any other car (even a much cheaper vehicle) for the duration of the lease, they would not work with me at all. I sued under magnusson moss warranty act, got 3k, still not enough to do a lemon law claim under florida law ( amount i would have to reimburse the manufacturer for using the car for 20,000 miles). money went to traveling back and forth to florida to tie up another court case (long story short, i spent all my money suing the drunk guy who rearended me and my friends, hurt my back, lawyer walked away with double what i got after the medical bills were factored out, and i spent more money traveling back and forth than i got reimbursed, i just wanted to break even with medical bills). Finally after I was driving the car (dealer said they "found no problem") on the highway all of the abs and traction related lights came on, rear end slid out hit the median. I let geico fix the car, and told chrysler to come pick it up. they didnt even want to reposess it. I made several attempts to do a voluntary surrender, the chrysler dealer who was supposed to accept it told me he does not want it on his lot. eventually they called complaining of me hiding the car, and I had told them several times of where it is located, when the best time to come pick it up is, and that if they couldnt i would gladly drop it off to wherever they want me to. I leased a new car thinking i would not have any headaches, ive had less headaches with my 1983 eagle sx/4.
