well guys, i dont want to go into a long story, but one of my friends wrecked my perfect 69k mile 95 mark Viii that was mint. just put in a 98 trans, 96 LSC factory HID swap, new chrome all around, reupholstered seats....

so i stripped the interior only took me 2 hours to completely gut the car.

car hit a jersey wall at 140 MPH

well the engine/trans inteiror is going in my other mark with 200k on it. i dont know what im going to do at the moment, i have too many cars and no more room or time for another one. i was thinking about selling my cobra and buying another mark and building it. but i have no idea what im going to do..... i have 6 cars so if i want another car one has to go.

plus im looking at selling my ranger and buying one of the new 2014 ford F-150 TREMOR'S. but i have no idea.... just thinking out loud



EVEN WORSE IS THAT THE GUY WONT PAY ME FOR THE CAR AND I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH INSURANCE BECAUSE I DIDNT CALL THE POLICE TO REPORT THE ACCIDENCE. so i bought a 2004 grand marques to replace it
 
That's not a real friend! I suggest beating him with a baseball bat.

Unless of course you were in the car letting him drive recklessly.
 
NO I WASNT IN THE CAR, MY BROTHER WAS IN THE CAR, AND MY "FRIEND" BLAMED IT ON MY BROTHER..... I DIDNT GIVE ETHER OF THEM PERMISSION TO DRIVE MY CAR. sorry for the caps ranting


If i get my hands on him he will be lucky if he can drive a wheel chair! but i haven't seen him or heard from him sense the accident.
 
I got an idea! Take one of there cars with out permission and and wreck it into the other one's car and total them both. Then tell them "SORRY" gas pedal must have got stuck or something!
 
also, that was a 140 mph crash? damn, these things are tough. i've seen a few of these wrecked that just took hits like a champ. like that one still looks driveable.
 
Sorry to hear about that. But I got the tail lights. To bad I do not have the rest of the car that they came off of. Good luck

Then go tell your brother to man up and pay.

You're also to nice your car stolen lost control at 140 hits wall at about 50mph and you don't call the cops way to nice.
If they didn't agree to pay the moment I found out I'd have dialed 911.

At least he was kind enough to spin it around to save the headlights...
 
Sorry to hear about your loss. A long time ago a man told me, if you want to hurt someone, hurt them in their wallet,they'll not forget it. I'm amazed how well the car held up under that pressure.
 
I'd make your brother pay and let him worry about getting the money from his dumbass friend.. No excuse to not man up and take responsibility..if that were someone I knew I'd hunt them down and not give up till I had money in my hand.

That’s what I was thinking, looks more like a 60mph rear ending.




Sorry for the loss man, it's tough. Just keep doing what you doing, taking it apart. You might have to go pee on his rug to get your money.

Sounds like there are enough people on this thread to form a nice lynch mob if you need us.
 
All right, I just deleted my comments. I'd just like to hear more details on how it sustained that type of damage and how the cops didn't show up to take a report. If a car hits a wall someone passing by always calls 911. Usually a bunch of people.

Sorry about your loss. It's just one of those WTF things when you see the car and then hear what it hit and at what speed.

poor 1st gen mark it was a beautiful car
