Ticking noise in cargo area

We just bought our 3rd Lincoln its an 2005 Navigator. Its a great car to join the Mark VIII and the LS. But I noticed that there is a ticking noise in the rear of the car in the cargo area. I can hear it coming from behind the panel in the trim panel in the right rear. No clue what it is. If anyone can help in this let me know.

blend door actuator (I may be saying it wrong). I changed mine out myself for about 45 dollars after viewing youtube videos.
