Tire removal problem

[95 TC DRIVER]

I can't get the back tires off my 95 TC. They are completely stuck on the hub. Any ideas? The fronts are fine. I used a rubber mallet on them but that didn't help. They were mounted on the car by the previous owner. Lugs are good.

I assume you have taken all the lug nuts off after that its brute force hit the back side of the tire with a good 20lb sledgehammer and rotate the tire as you do this do NOT hit he rim

IF I can get it off, how can I make sure it doesn't get stuck again?

clean it and put Anti Seize on it
also regular tire rotations should prevent your problem
