I have replaced the thermostat in the LS and it seems to be leaking around the bottom of the housing. I'm sure its the right thermostat as I have taken it back twice thinking it was bad. When I took a closer look there is a slight gap in the bottom of the housing but everything its tight as can be.

I've taking it a loose twice trying to get it to line up and seal but no cigar (as the saying goes). Any suggestions as to what I can do to get this thing to seal all the way around.

Thanks in advance!!!:Bang

I assume this is a gen I V8?
I'd bet that the plastic housing itself is starting to crack and leak. You can replace it with another plastic one, or use the Jaguar metal part. Either way, you'll need to replace the fill cap too.
