Verde Jaggedge 18s

I dont really know much about wheels and im looking to get some Verde Jaggedge 18" wheels. The place I'm looking at has the tire setup as 245/40/18. And based on my knowledge I have no idea how to know if it is going to rub or not. My car is not lowered and I don't plan on lowering my car. I have a 2004 ls v8. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Thanks

18x8 and 38 offset not sure if that needs to be known or not but there it is

You will probly not rub. I had 18x8s @ 38offset with 245/45 tires and had no issues witn rubbing

I have those in 20's and have no rubbing issues
But if I go too fast through a dip the shoulder of the tire will touch
since they're 18's you should be fine
