Very Stiff rear suspension 2004 Town Car

I replaced the airbags and installed new KYB gas shocks about a year ago. Recently I noticed that the rear suspension is very stiff specially when I go over a speed bump. The rear of the car feels like it's jumping off the ground. I removed and checked the shocks and they are in excellent shape. I am leaning towards the airbags being "OVER INFLATED" Any advice would be appreciated.

If the car is sitting level, then they are not overinflated.
If the rear end is too high in the air, then it is probably the height sensor, but there are other things that it could be too.

I had 36 psi on the tires. Lowered them to 32 and rides perfect.
