wheres the vss/speed sence or wheres the PSC/ECU located

The cars speed is calculated by the ABS module from the rear 2 wheels. There are splines on the drive shaft and a sensor right over the splines that read the pulses as you car goes faster/slower. Than that feeds to the ABS module. The ECU is located buried back behind the glove box.

If your factory stereo had speed sensitive volume ( most did) then you have a VSS wire right at the stereo itself. It is likely you have a 20 pin (24 on some models) connector at the stereo. This connector may only have 2 or 3 wires in it. If you have speed sensitive volume, one of those wires will be gray with a black stripe. (that's not set in stone...but most Ford products of that year are that color) That wire is your VSS wire. I have done several Ford products (including my wife's 03 Aviator) that were all that way.
