Water running sound near dash

So I just bought a 1993 Town Car from my Uncle.

I live in the North East and when it is cold out and I accelerate, I hear a water running sound coming from the dash area.

Anyone have this before? Or have any idea what it could be? Coolant level is normal in the car. Is it something I should have checked out asap?

Well it was just air pockets in the system...So no worries
