I recently had some overheating problems, I replaced my thermostat and it's cracked housing.

I noticed since my overheat incident that my muffler is spraying water when I first start the car. After I shutoff the car I hear a gurgling sound.

I followed the air bleed instructions, coolant level is staying level after a thousand miles from the change.

Any idea?

It is normal to have some water come out of the exhaust at first due to condensation, there is even a hole in the bottom of the muffler for the water to drain.

I suggest that you have a hydrocarbon sniff test done on the cooling system and pray that it is negative.

Whats the gurgling sounds, I have that too and was wondering if its ok?

after i shut off my car, i hear it too. open the hood and look at the degas bottle. it's likely fluid draining back into it. i don't know if it's normal or not, but mine does it.
