I just joined a forum to find out some more info and tech help for another one of my cars and they want me to pay $18.95 for a one year "membership" to access tech articles, make posts, etc. I cant believe it.

We have it soo good here its not even funny.
 
Wait...you don't pay to post? It asks for my credit card number before very post. Next you're gonna tell me that you don't get the complimentary "hands free" prostate checks from the rep at local cruise ins....
 
I don't mind those kinda' sites and wouldn't mind if LvC was the same way. Reason being, it would help eliminate the spammers, the trolls and the general good for nothing MORONS that frequent this site.
 
I'm not saying everyone here is a moron. But a case in point: That Mark VIII scammer guy who kept coming back under various user names after repeatedly getting banned. A small(ish) fee would eliminate such people.

maybe 5 bucks but not 20. That would still deture spam and people coming up w/ other sn's..At the same time why would people pay (If serious) it when theres acouple other "decent" mark forums they could go to for free? And i'll assume that this particular site has similar ones aswell... a imp ss or srt forum?
 
I try to be a content contributing member when I can, but I sure as :q:q:q:q aint paying money for an internet board.
 
I wish I would have participated a little earlier than I did. I would probably would still have a Mark as a DD instead of just one as a hot rod. And I would have enjoyed it even more. Also I would not have bought the Cobra.
