The water pump is pissing out antifreeze by the weephole, does this mean more than just a waterpump? cuz im dreading if it would need a Head or a Intake gasket is needed to be replaced

If its leaking from the weephole what makes you think it would need something else?

The inner seal of the water pump died, change water pump, and left side blinker bulb, and the headliner needs to be changed to suede

The back window should still be ok tho.

I replaced the thermostat about a week ago cuz the car was over heating at the time.

That was a sign that the water pump was takin a sh!t. You went & changed the thermostat... That was more of a remedy than anything else. It's just your water pump. Buy a '99 Cobra water pump. Makes your car run a bit cooler. I did that to my 93.

Just about the same, just go into your local parts store, tell them you need the pump for a 99 Cobra. The fins are better & circulate water much more p/rpm.

Here's my thread from last year for more info.

put anti seze on the inside of the waterpump to keep it from locking up on you and aids in the rubber gasket in seating it self

Off the top of my head I cannot think of an easier WP to replace...one of the (many) benefits of the 4.6 dohc.

cant agree with this. anti-seize has no business being anywhere near these cars. the only place it should be used is on the 3v spark plug shells.

I can't agree with this.

I use anti-sieze on every component I disassemble. You would not believe how much easier it makes everything to pull apart at a later date. You don't have to slather the threads full, just a light coating.

I have a no rust California VIII and live in no rust Colorado and I still use it.

I use antisieze too but not on the water pump itself. Just the bolts. Water pumps are super easy in a mark

Colorado doesn't use salt on their roads? That's the oxidizer that seems to kill those northern cars with rust.

anti seize on wheels studs and anything i take apart that has rust. i clean up the bolts and anti seize before putting them back together. works wonders on exhaust nuts and bolts.

anything i didn't have any trouble taking apart, i usually won't anti seize.
