Well Count me in with the misfire club

I clear the code out everytime it pops up and I cleared them before I replaced the coil. I used the Oem Motorcraft Coil and replaced it last night and this morning it popped up on my way to work, so now Im wondering what else could be the problem...There wasnt really any oil in the wells so I wouldnt need to do the VC gaskets so do you think I should just swap that injector??

It took me forever to finally break down and replace the fuel injector, and it ended up fixing my problem. Not too bad of a job, but no matter what, it will be a little messy.

You could also do a running compression check on that cylinder. Some people have had valve guide issues too.
 
Im just taking it to my mechanic...He is going to do and ohm test and see if there is a problem with it otherwise he said he can clean them all out and that would work too...I think Id rather just replace it though...would you guys? How hard is it to replace the 1 injector?
