Not a bad choice if you can get past the low rent interior, though the engine makes it easy to like.

Oh see if it even kind of looks low rent I a hitting the chicken switch with a quickness and head for the surface.

Tell you the truth to I would more rather go with the G35 too. I must say its a V-6 pushing out 280 or 298 DAMN now I want to test drive one of those. Even though my Mark is good enough.

Yeah the 6spd MT hit 298 but retains the same 260 +/- lbs of torque. They se this engine a lot and I have checked the owners forums, searched the TSB's and it seems to go the distance. No recalls either and most of the tsb items were simple things like how to stop something from rattling.

I should clos my eyes and pick one already. I slept like :q last night and had very lucid dreams about cars or working on cars etc... egads!

If your willing to consider a used car check out off lease only when I got my LS last month they had about 20 of them sitting in there lot all just off lease and isint this more or less what your looking for save yourself 10 grand and have some fun sounds like you need a vacation once this is all done. Man I need a vacation so bad right now. I hate shopping for starters and car dealers and not knowing and.... I found a few using autotrader last night and the vin I posted is for a black/black LSE wit Navi, Moonroof, Heated/Cooled seats and has 11k miles.

I tried like hell to buy a new car but just could not find exactally what wanted. Hell I tried harder to work with a Florida dealer; I guess the heat and humidity has made them all crazy.

Well folks I did it this is my new, umm slightly used, car.

I can't tell you how elated I am to have the opportunity to stay with this car. As mywife puts it... it isbetter tostay with the devil you know rather than go with the devil you don't know.

I just did not want to have to loose the bond I have here with you all and I sure as hell don't have the time to learn about another car. Buying my first LS was a snap compared to this deal.

I have not seen the car or met the dealer, I did not see my bank for the loan, I spoke with my insurance company over the phone so I did not meet a person for this transaction and I did not met the folks that are delivering my car.

As far as what mod.... hmmmm, I need to figure out what vanity plate I want to sport on my 6 o'clock first. I would like to see if the wood finish can be replaced with the aluminum one and of course I am curious about the PCM. I will keep the wheels for a while but I might shop for a full size spare if the trunk will still hold one. I will be looking for a copy of th chrome wheels installed now so I do not have roll down the road with a bo-bo wheel.

The LSE has the same HP to my knowledge it is simply an appearance package.

You are correct sir. It has an SAE of 280HP and 286 ft-lbs of torque. The pre-03 LS's were rated at 252 HP and 261 ft-lbs of torque.

AutoTrader comes through again. Thats where mine came from. Makes sense to buy used with the large hit these cars take in the first year or so.
