That does look like a pantera, but it has some kind of U.S. like front bumper... Have they ever been sold in U.S.? i don't think that it's a Detomaso, the emblem is a little different..

IIRC the Panterras were sold by a few select Ford Dealers.

Yep, you got it. It's a Volga Gaz 13 Chaika, was made from 59-81, a little over 3000 examples were made including convertible and a wagon. It used a 195hp 5.5 liter V8 with a 3 speed automatic tranny.
