Whats the best model and year

I am considering getting a Town car and need some more information
What is the best year and model to get.
I have also see 1 only 1 on craigslist that has like a Audio Navigation system.
It was very cool was that an optiion or stock on the 04?

buy your town car by your favorite looks IMO cause there all good
but the 03+ have rack and pinion. hydro formed boxed frames out board
rear shocks with the 98-02 cant quite remember you need to look out to make
sure the intake is updated

If you can find a 04 with all the factory stuff...Navigation, Bluetooth and Sat...I would grab it.

Those are very hard to find.
