I was gonna mention my sponsor QuickTimePerformance but he beat me to it. They have complete Corvette Mufflers like the first post and they sell cutouts all the way to 4" size.

They aren't all the expensive and sounded real cool on my WRX as you could hear the turbo whine at low RPM's

Matter of fact here is a link to a video of the cutout working. Yeah I know it's a stinkin 4 banger but it shows you it working and hey his car was the fastest stock US WRX for quite some time doing a 12.7@107 or something I think?

I think I might have been the first person to ever run cut outs on any Mark VIII, on my old 95 LSC... I can't believe I drove with them open on a daily basis, thing was beasting in the streets.
