I would not think so, its a mechanical system that does not touch anything ABS related really. The only "sensor" is for the parking brake lever. If the brake is engaged, the red "brake!" light will be on, but not the ABS light.

if the abs light stays on chances are you have a bad wheel speed sensor very common cause for the abs light.

that wont cause the abs and its not busted.
