Left to right....... My '06, my wife's '06 and my daughter's '00 V6, which was mine from '00 until I purchased my '06 in $'09. Unfortunately these will be my last Lincolns.
 
Ok guys forgive me for asking...I feel like a low class brute....but what the hell is the little pop out hook on the glove box for? Best I could come up with was hooking a bag to it so my nachos wouldn't spill on the way home last night.

Also: Any advice on squeezing more gas mileage out of her? Other than "stop flooring it" cuz I drive pretty conservatively. Got 24 down the freeway last night on cruise control, seems to get about 16-18 around town depending on stop lights and fidgety foot.

That's actually a purse holder; HOPEFULLY for the ladies. I also used it for my lunch runs. It was a GREAT place to hand my Popeye's bag!!

That's actually normal MPG with our crappy People's Republik fuel. So many additives and so little BTU left!! The best mileage I ever achieved was ~28.5 racing across Wyoming doing 80-85. I had an acquaintance that could get right around 30 going a constant 50ish.

My car isn't show quality! It's clean but still has a blemish on the front left bumper (color hides it well in the pic)
However it sounds pretty cool, I'll keep it in mind and see what my schedule says. If I do end up going I'll let you know!

Trust me.... Probably half or more of the cars there aren't show quality!! A regular attender is a Pinto totally covered in 1" mirror squares!! There are cars in various stages of restoration. It's more of a celebration of everything Ford than a Concours d'Elegance!!

Well that's good to know, otherwise I'd feel awkward bringing a basically stock car. It's already weird celebrating Ford by bringing a Lincoln with Jaguar DNA :lol:

Like I said I'll see if I can, sounds like fun but between work wife and kid...
 
I would give my middle testicle to live where you guys do, especially during the winter! It's non stop snow this year!!! Expecting over a foot again this Monday.

Zr0 check out craigslist for some good deals on wheels (bolt pattern is 5x108) - there is a craigslist posting on the forum with finds on LS related items including wheels but it's become more of a ghost town lately as things for the LS are becoming harder to find.

I put in my transfer to Santa Clara, CA recently, after some discussions around the office, with some friends and even with some forum members here - I've landed on Santa Clara, CA. Will be about 3-4 months until it happens (if it happens). Crossing my fingers.
 
I hear that, I know I'm ready for some place warm I was thinking Arizona or Florida
