Where to buy a RED driver's side fender?

Last week my precious LS got hit by a Ford F150. A huge dent was left on the driver's fender. I don't know how much the insurance company will give me, but since the fender is very easy to take off, I'm thinking of buying one and replace it by myself.

Does anyone know where can I found fender in red? And also, is the fender of 01 LS and 04 LS the same size?
