Where to find PCM Code??

How can I find my Car's Computer code since my local SCT Dealer needs it to program my device. He told me that is either on a label outside the computer or on the Vin # Plate on the Drivers Door.

Please let me know ASAP!!

You have to decode it with a look up from your VIN # or as in my case when I had an update re-flash, read the stock tune strategy hex code with a SCT XCal2.

The reason is that im on the other side of the Island and he's doing me the favor by phone. If anyone has the email of Torrie I would be appreciated because as I read somewhere here he can give me the code by my VIN #

You want Torrie to give you the PCM code so you can give that to another Tuner.

What I do for my people is send the Xcal to them and have them read their car's strategy code. They send that to me and I am able to generate the proper tune for their car from there and send it to them via email.

I suggest against doing the whole VIN lookup thing because that will not be able to determine if the PCM has been reflashed by the dealer with another updated, and possibly different, box code. Have your tuner do this. It will be the best option for you short of him pulling it in person and writing the tune on the spot.
