Heather and I thought we should refinance our house with rate as low as they are now. But with no houses selling in our small town or people selling with short sales we can't find any comparable so our house will appraise at what we need.

From what we know right now, the intrested party is checking with their lender to make sure they are approved for $110,000, thats all I know right now, so they are atleast trying to meet our counter offer.
