I want one of Eddies spider valves for my car... but he stopped making them. Lets see if we can persuade him to make some more!

I don't know why, but they aren't listed on his site anymore when I went to look to buy one....

Ya, I thought he stopped making them a year or so ago. That includes the Extreme version also.

I read on here or another forum he was got to busy to keep up with making a low margin item like that. When I orders struts from American Air a few months ago I asked about it and the woman on the phone told me they were hoping to start making them again in a few weeks and to check the site for them.

But yes I would like one but probably shouldn't spend the money until after xmas anyway.

I think it should be a must buy when you buy a Mark Vlll. No Spider Valve, No Mark Vlll, unless you went to the Dark Side.

I've always wanted one but I've been tight with cash. Perhaps he could do a one shot group purchase or something?

Trust me the Dark Side sucks........ The spider valve is an after market water separator for the air pump.

Cool. I may have to get this one and sell my old spider.

My biggest concern was that moisture being trapped in the dryer but seeing that the air never goes back through it the moisture can not be reversed out.

I mentioned this before. In fact I just dried out my drier again last month, it was soaking wet.

I really like my old spider valve...if you sell yours what do you want for it?

Hey now, said MAYBE if I get a new one :) lol Depends on how much a new one is! And odds are I wont be buying anything til spring now. No more projects.

Thanks tiltedhalo....I was wondering what it was. lol Sounds pretty good...so I guess it helps keep the air pump nice and dry avoiding possible failure. Any ideas on price?

Price isn't out yet.. Old one was around $150 I believe.. I had on on my 94 until I took off the air ride.

Sold it to Torquemonkey... Should have kept it for my 95...

You can attach a hose to air up a low tire with the extreme spider I believe. Which can be anybody's car, so you can help others out also. I'm sure the new one will be even better. Nobody would expect a mark viii to stop and air up someone's tire. Hah.

I've always wanted one, and always forget to get around to calling Eddie.
