I've seen a glow plug that looked like that, to much additive in the fuel and boom.
Who wants boost?

I have also never seen a plug burn like this. I have nipped many a plug but never this. We are wondering if loose plug and or timecert insert failure causing this. Think we see one down in hole but not 100% sure yet. You mentioned you built alot of lightnings. I think he should go TFS heads and be done with weak plug holes. You ever use them?
