Ok so I've seen it here before. Cant find a 100% answer tho. I know you can run 235-50-17, and I know you can run 245-45-17 which some do not know is listed on the car by Lincoln.

But what is the Widest you can run with any problems on a 17' x 7" wide rim, without any U turn rubbing or any other problems. And anybody have a pic of those on the car? Thanks.

Stocks are 7.5" wide.

A couple people on the Facebook group have 255s up front, but I don't know if they were stock rims or not. I can't personally speak for the fitment, but supposedly, no rub.

Personally, I'd leave the 235s up front and go to 255s out back, maybe 245s all around for rotation ease. I'd put more effort into researching tires than worry about less than 4cm of extra width, though.

I know I posted this here somewhere.....

I had 255/40's on the stock wheels.

Anyone got a god pic of what they look like on the car on stock rims please?

When I first found it necessary to replace my original tires, I went to 245-45 ZR-18s. Michelin Pilot Sport IIs are awesome except in the snow where they suck like nothing you've ever experienced. I used Verde Kaos rims.

Looking for answers about the stock 17" rim.

was that at OEM ride height or eibach lowered?

Good question..... I'm pretty sure I had the Eibachs on at the time. The only rubbing I encountered was with a Voxx, 40mm offset wheel.

Try Bridgestone Blizzak in the winter. I don't run anything else once it gets below 45F.
