to answer your question, i believe it will fit fine.

one thing, i think that you have to pry your lincoln symbol off and stick it onto the new grille. i don't think it comes with one. fyi in case you are thinking of selling your existing one. i mean you can still sell, just won't get as much.

but i'm not sure... anyone want to contribute?

I thought new grilles came with new emblems. I read that ford wont sell you the emblem by itself, you have to buy a grille to get a new one

Correct, emblem is not a separate order part.

If I know what your asking for...you will need both an LSE grille of any color(cause you will be taking it apart), and also a 03-06 2 piece stock grille.

Oh.lol. I knew that. Well yeah, if you want the full chrome grille you'll need a 2004-2005 lse grille and a 2003-2005 reg grille to take the chrome surround from it and put it on the chrome lse bars.
