Window Tint Ticket

I hate Morgan County!!! I never go to Decatur for anything!!! That sucks man I hate when they screw ppl over like that. Atleast you would have beaten it in Huntsville City at the Metro Court House. They suck but atleast they throw out tickets if the cop is in the wrong!!!

It might cost me $500 or more to get the tint prescription but I will get it and I will go back down that HWY and hope to God that he pulls me over again. I have absolutely no trust in the system and they wonder why some people do the things they do. As for Marcus, if you ever speak to him, tell him to come to this thread and read these words. He is the type to write you a ticket if your 10 spokes were on backwards. I swear, he's that type of dick head. The judge, don't even get me started on that whore. You should see how that court room was ran. Huntsville City court runs a tight ship. No talking, no cell phones better be on and not even a whisper from anyone. In Decatur, put your phone on vibrate, take your call out in the hallway, talk all you want while court is in session, or should I say in bull:q:q:q:q & stealing. :q:q:q:q Marcus and the Afghanistan camel he rode in on. :q:q:qgot! :mad:

You can see right through mine with no problem. It looks dark in the sig but it's because of the way it's setting. Before this month is out, that will all change. I can promise that. Going to the optometrist this week and getting the ball rolling. It's not the $200 that I lost that has me mad, it's the fact that he lied in court and got away with it when what I have on my car is within the legal limit. Decatur, AL. court system has always been crooked. Now it's time for me to be crooked and get away with it.

Forreal I just found that crazy as hell that someone from Madison is talking about some :q:q:q:q going on in Alabama with a certain cop and someone from Rhode Island chimes in with his name and address and everything. That :q:q:q:q is crazy, are you from around here or something LJ?:confused:

Is it a good idea to discuss the adresses of Law Enforcement individuals on here? Someone might take it the wrong way.
Considering if you google his name, this page comes up as #2 on the search.

His name and street name came up in public records. Not that I really care where he lives. He's still a POS and I'm sorry that he even made it out of Afghanistan alive. Maybe his job will do him in one day on the side of the road. That's how I feel Dan.

I wished it would come up as #1 and it's public. If he wanted to be discreet, he should have his number unlisted. He's a person just like the rest of us except he's a lying sack of sh!t. Anyone reading this would have to of been in my shoes the day all this went down and been there during court. You would understand more of why it pisses me off so much. It was all planned out that I would lose. That fat ass DA can hug a root too.

LJ, I'm not worried about it anymore. It's all over with but I learned a lesson from all of this. The next time a dip sh!t cop comes up with readings of 25%, 26% and 17%, I will ask for a supervisor to come out with a tint meter and or provide that cop with good batteries and if I ever have to go back to court again, I will come in with plenty of witnesses. All of the witnesses I could have gotten were all police officers. Three of them were Hartselle City police officers, one was a Madison City police officer and the other was a Huntsville City police officer. All three police stations put a meter on my windows and they are legal and none of them came up with wacked out readings like his meter did.

It was only $200 and it's not the money loss, it's the fact that I was the honest one in court. I was the honest one on the side of the road and I still got fukked. It won't happen again, I can assure you of that. Before the month is out, I should have my prescription for any window tint I want. It will have the sticker in between the tint and glass to satisfy Marcus and I'll have a card that plainly states, I'm allowed to have what I have.

I'm not a bad person. It's too bad I can't say the same for Marcus. Maybe the visit to the sands did mess with his mind, who knows....
