5.4 3v triton into a 94 ford ranger 2wd

powerblock idea.. :D That would be sweet as hell and I really want to do something like that to my 99.. 5.4 supercharged, add a section of frame and extend the cab to make it a 4 door.. All dreams on my part though.. My lincoln takes ALL my time and money.. :p

Gonna finish the 5L for the Cougar, and get it installed.

What year Cougar do you have?

I'm actually working on my Dad's '87 XR-7 that has a ton of mods. This weekend a B-303 cam #24 injectors, 75mm MAF etc.

I'm on this forum as well CoolCats.net

Still waiting for my brother to move his sh!t out of my garage so i can go back to my custom bodykit build. Four pieces and spoiler are sitting in my garage rafters. Hood vents, KYB's, springs, upper control arms, front hubs, and I just bought my ball joint press. Trying to replace all of the front suspension parts cause some are squeaking and rattling. Stay in front of the failure and don't wanna have to go back in after the new springs go in.

It's gonna be a beast I'm pretty much putting everything from my wrecked 2006 f250 and cramming it into/onto my gfs ranger LOL

All of this sounds fine...but what intriqued me the most was the last of your 'To Do' list. How many perfect games you got???

Six...... After the '04-'05 season, I took a break. At the time, I was throwing on four leagues(2 as a reg & 2 as a sub). Didn't touch a bowling ball till the '09-'10 fall season. I kept it simple. One league, mixed. First season back, I had one goal. Carry a 200+ average. I finished with a 221 average amd a 300. This season, I want to beat last seasons average and roll another 300(name a bowler that doesn't want a 300:rolleyes:).

Do you bowl?

Do you bowl?

Asking me if i bowl is like asking me if i piss standing up. I am 27 and have been bowling since i was 3. 1st perfect game came at 19, 2nd at 22, and the most recent one about 8 months ago. Im not the type to sit and ponder about bowling this or bowling that. i just do it cause thats all i have known since i was a kid. I have bowled for too long. Body parts (shoulders, ankles, wrists, and knees) are begining to give way. So at the end of the summer leaque a few months back, i have decided to hang it up for a while. Still enjoy just going, just starting to lose that competitive edge. I still like to bowl, i just realize that my skill set isn't as fined tuned as the younger competition. I would say that Im like Bret Favre...but i realize that it was time to just step back and take a break instead of making myself look like a "HAS BEEN" LOL.

I started bowling in 3rd grade. Bowled till the end of 8th grade(14 yrs old). I didn't pick it back up till I was 24. Didn't roll my first 300 till I was 31. I have had one every season since. Except for the years off or course. Still trying for that 800 series. Shot 783 earlier this year. My best is 792 the year I quit. The 300 will happen sooner or later for me. I have had the front 9 twice this year already.

I do have to agree with you about being competitive. I am VERY much so. BUT I have realized since I started back up. Mixed leagues aren't so much competitive as they are fun. I really enjoy bowling with ladies.;) I even got my wife to sub on a team that needed a woman in the line-up. I am having fun bowling. Not like the cut-throat mens leagus I use to roll on.

I have been coaching a friends daughter. She bowls on her high school team. I have really enjoyed working with her. I got her avaerage up 25pins so far. She has her first dual meet tonoght and another tomorrow. I definitely think coaching is something I would like to do, when I retire from my job.

Closest i have made it too 800 is 784 (twice ironically enough) I have bowled on a few mixed leagues (which i dont blame you for bowling with the ladies ;) ) but i enjoy the more Man-conversations and jokes during the frames. IDK if you have heard about Pikeville College Bowling Team? I used to help with practices and lane preperation. Fun times...atleast with the ladies side of the Team :D

I refer to the mens league years as "I was on a drinking team with a bowling problem". Goodtimes...... Not familiar with Pikeville college. But I have really fallin' out of touch with a lot of bowling stuff. I know our local college team McKendree College has done well nationally. Good program.

BTW You and I have kind of "highjacked" this topic.

Sneak Peek of my custom Aureole Rings

BMW actually calls there rings "Corona Rings" (definition from dictionary.com) a white or colored circle or set of concentric circles of light seen around a luminous body, esp. around the sun or moon.

I'm calling these Aureole Rings (definition from dictionary.com) Also called aureola, aureole. Astronomy . a faintly luminous envelope outside of the sun's chromosphere, the inner part consisting of highly ionized elements.

It's currently just a sneak peek of them. Tomorrow I can post a photo of a test piece lit up for friends that asked what it would look like. Yes, they are made of acrylic. They have not been cemented together yet and not prepared for the led's yet either. I just molded them and cut the angles to fit them. Edges are still rough. I plan on trying to work on them more tomorrow evening.

Very interesting design. Glad you followed through with your own version of angel eyes.
