Wiring color question re: washer switch on a '97

So I am pretty sure there aren't any more to purchase, but I have read the threads about the washer switch, and some people have wired up their own switch. I am fine with doing that, but I need help with wire color ID. I found a nice chart online (for a '98) but I still need an assist. It looks like the activating wire is labeled DL BLU/WHT, but what is the wire the completes the circuit in the wiring bundle?
Or, if anyone still has a spring/button combo, I would be interested in buying that. Chances seem slim.
