When my LS was hit by that leaf spring, the front bumper cover, HID headlight, right front wheel and tire, and right front fender had to be replaced. Somehow the hood was missed. The cost to insurance was 3400 dollars, if I recall correctly, to have a dealer body shop install the new parts, and paint to blend which included painting the hood. I did pay a bit extra to touch some other parts up. Not too bad, considering the markup a dealer would put on new parts. Probably would have been a grand less had I not had the HID headlights.
On my son's Corolla, we did all the work ourselves, but obviously the parts wouldn't match up on price. However, I did have to have the rad support fixed, and that ran me about 100 bucks at an independent shop. I would imagine that you'd be better off with a new rad support, so I'd expect you to be looking at 300 bucks to get one installed at an independent. If you went to an independent with parts and had them do the painting, I'd take a guess at about 1500 bucks to have them install and paint, plus whatever the parts ran.
Hope some of this helps with your decision. My prices are Tulsa OK area prices on the Corolla, and Fort Smith AR prices on the Lincoln (where I was when it happened).
