WTB a cold air box for my 97lsc

Your going to have a very hard time finding one. You would be better off building your own.

^^^ Yeah thats what I did. It wasn't that difficult either. All you need is some sheet metal (aluminum), metal sheers, trim, and some paint if you want to paint it. And then I just screwed it in place.

if i had the skill set and tools i would. unfortunately i dont so i need to buy one. but thanks ken

Doesn't take much skill ... and you're never going to find one ... or it will take a long time .. don't know of anyone who makes them or anyone selling them.

silly noob, Geno doesn't have anymore, in another thread he has said that not enough people bought them and he doesn't have a guy to make them anymore. so chesternuts ingnore post above

What is funny is you had the best cold air box you could build on your car, but chose to take it off for some reason...

aww....Guess I'll have to make my own...wonder if I have that cardboard box laying around somewhere... LOL Just kidding.

i have the stock one with a k&n now. i was curiuos about the one formerly offered by geno. i appreciate the imput and could care less about all the internet badZZ attitude issues. thanks ken

Here is some more E-thugging since you don't want helpful advice. Ditch the crap ass k&n filter to boot.

advice i dont mind, what would you replace it with? the thugging comment wasnt ment for you. but again what is your replacement choice?

Fram airhog. Anything that doesn't require oiling. The oil will gum up the MAF.

I run K&N filters on all my cars. Never had a MAF problem after 10 years. The key is to not over oil them.
