WTH!!! Is going on with the LS resale value???

Yeah I gave up on trying to ditch mine earlier this summer. It's almost cheaper to just hang on to it than it would be to try and sell it and get something else. Plus I kinda like this thing.

true, i almost traded my 00 LS when i bought my 04 LSE. but then they offered me 3500 for a real nice interior and nothing wrong mechanically, basically its an 8 out of 10, I said screw off. and thats being conservative. im sure the tradevalue has further diminisshed (is that how that is spelled:) ). So the best thing to do is enjoy our beautiful cars. Lets face it if we sold, the buyer would be getting a awesome deal and we would have 3500 less on our new loan. screw that 3500 verses a whole car....................i take the car
 
Some times an older used car with known history is worth more as a second car than the trade in value.

just keep ur car till its paid off, then get a new one. thats all i can say. its not a bad car at all man, looks clean!

i was offered 2500 trade in the last time i was at a dealer. i got up and walked away.

economy is bad, times are bad, gas is costly...just wait another year or 2 till its paid off, its not gonna kill you, and you wont be slammed with neg equity
 
I was interested not too long ago in a Navigator, it was during that visit that i found out how upside down i was with my LS. I was shocked and so was the dealer at how low the value is. This is why i recommended that people make sure they have gap insurance because odds are your loan is more than its value.
 
Halos headlamps are still for sale.

First $225 + original halogen headlamp trade takes them, shipped to you. Will go on Ebay at noon (CST)
 
It's also the time of year. Resale isn't as good now as it would be in the Spring/Summer. Along with gas prices, people aren't looking for RWD V8's for the Fall/Winter months.
 
The high beams are halogen because they turn on right away whereas
the HID bulbs take a few seconds to reach full intensity.
 
Halos will be coming out of the housings tonight. Anyone want to buy the HALOS's and ballasts for $125?
 
i have the factory high beam i put the halogen in because i was getting talked about by my friend LOL
