What I do not understand Bill is how does swapping cars benefit you financially. I thought the whole reason you were trying to sale your car was to put food on the table, lights on and bills paid. :confused:
 
I think he is getting car plus cash.

And a non supercharged car is easier on the wallet in terms of fuel. Not by much but it is.
 
But how long will that cash really last unless he can get out of the ghost town he lives in? Unless he also plans on moving soon this doesn't make much sense.

You must be unfamiliar with month to month bill paying. You see at the beginning of every month they like to send you bills for stuff you use like water and electricity. You have to pay these bills should you want to continue to use those things. Selling the car allows for those things to be paid right now.

Does that make sense for you or do I need to draw a picture in crayon?
 
What did I miss. Laser come pick my car up. Needs some work and maybe some cleaning up. I'm sure your up for some more little projects.

he is saying you made a swap, obviously a swap and cash, but that cash wont last very long, what are you gonna do in a few months when the cash is gone. wou will be right back in the same boat, with a car worth alot less.

Exactly. I understand that bills need to be paid and all, but unless he moves to somewhere better in a hurry that money won't last long.

From what I see, he will have more $$ then what he has now and will still have transportation. Even when that $$ runs out he may have a better situation by or before then. I don't see another solution unless he hit that big texas lottery tonight.

Don't know what will happen in a few months. I may be dead by then with any luck. Even if not this still gets me past this tough spot and gives me a few months breathing room. And I am getting a couple Marks. One will be sold and the other will be enjoyed.
