The wheel has some scratches from an at home tire changing attempt. The tire is a Bridgestone Turanza with a lot of good tread left. We used it as a full size spare until we sold the car. The center cap is included but the lug nuts are not. I live in Saint Peters, just west of St Louis.

Got it!!! Thanks for the help mattchaney. I pulled the front half of the headliner down and sure enough, drain tubes!! The one on the front passenger side had indeed come off the nipple so I sprayed some water and air down it to make sure it would drain and then attached it with a hose clamp...

Yes, I do have a moonroof and don't see anything that looks like drain tubes up there either. I've taken off about every piece of trim I can and still can't figure it out. Are the drain tubes inside the A-pillar? And where do they drain?

They just said that the circuit was broken, I thought maybe they could tell me where, but nothing other than the driver's side. Since I already checked under the seat, I'm going to go ahead and try the clock spring, sounds like a project for this weekend.
