my car has been overheating, i've replaced the radiator since it cracked, still overheating, i took the thermostat out but i'm having people telling me i need it others saying i dont, i live in Miami, is this necessary???

So my wiper motor died, have a new one, have this whole thing taken apart but i am not sure how the pivot shaft comes off of the motor, does it just pull apart or is there some sort of special way to detach these 2 parts?

hahaha I apologize when someone is riding around in my automobile and it starts raining and my windshield wipers come on and start working without me hitting the button they are like oh my gosh it does it by itself.
