have 2 flatheads handy, and purhaps an exactoblade, preheat the oven at 350 and settle the light in there for 3.5 mins to start, pull out and slowly pry the edges, easiest to start along the corners-short ones so sides, place back in there for 3 mins or so, and try some more, once you have it...

any slight knocking or slapping noises by chance coming from front of the valve covers? had this same issue! glad i didnt change my coils(over 100 a pop x8) secondary tensioner went, leaving majour slack in the cam2cam chain ultimately leading to timing being out by a tooth and majour...

is it a whistle or more of a winding noise? does it do it on start up until RPMS mellow out then stop until you get on acceleration again?

yeah i can for sure, ill post one 2mor0 when im home, but because of the different angled/shaped lic plate surround there is a small gap where the surround meets the bumper, about half inch per side, im still waiting on my new rear fascia

on the passenger side the pin was bottom making spring extend towards bottom of the motor once pin was pulled. i have pics i could display later tn if you wanted, but yeah that tensioner fixed alot of issue my car was having, she runs like a dream now..
