I ordered mine from Discount Tire, It was a complete set for $30.

The EBC rotors are dimpled & slotted, not drilled. You will not have to worry about them cracking or warping.

Yes the coating comes off. These are EBC rotors and EBC Red Stuff pads I used to run. They came solid black, the paint wore off instantly where the pads touch the rotors. They worked good except they squeeked a bit. I have a new setup now that is still in design phase.
