2004 Passenger headlight assembly
Anybody know of a good source for one of these? The highbeam bulb is a cheap replacement, but they owner's manual mentions a trip to the stealership for replacement of the lowbeam. :(
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I agree with many of your comments, the computers should be able to compensate for any octane deficiency by retarding ignition. We've run 87 since day one and have had no MIL's either.... I will admit to "floor'in it" every now and again, but nothing has come up to be concerned about.

Jeremy,
Welcome! Being a guy from the Ford family, perhap you can advise all of us about the fuel requiements for the Aviator? There's been some debate about what octane rating to use with these trucks..... Any "intimate" knowledge you could share with us all?
Thanks & again - WELCOME!!! :)

Man!!! You should be ARRESTED for making such an incredible deal. :eek2: Congrats!!! I wish our Aviator came with Nav..... oh well. Looks like I need to do some ebay shopping.
Thanks for all the info. Now, if only I lived in Dallas! :slam
Pix look great!! Did you perform the install yourself? Could you share approximately what the cost was, or maybe a link where I can purchase the components too?
Thanks and congrats on a terrific mod.! :Beer
