Adaptor I agree, the adaptor is such a great solution. And the positioning of the beam seems right on as far as I can tell. I didn't hear about the SHO parts problem but I know the camshaft timing on the V8 SHO's are pretty much ticking time bombs.

Hid Yeah I'll pull the ballast out next month when I finally do the JMOD. Also, on a different subject I have the aftermarket Springs to get rid of the air ride but the kit was for my 1995 ( now deceased) will it work on my 1997? Just thought someone might know of the top of their head. thanks

price? I paid like 6 for my '95 but it only had 40K and was totally clean. after it was totaled by a girl on her cell phone going left of center I bought a 1997 LSC black on black for 4 thousand with 80K the only problem is a rusty oil pan which I'll fix when it's stored over the winter.

Anyone have any experiance with replacing a 1997 Mark VIII pan? Just looked at mine and the rot is worrying me, rather replace it now before it fails? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Help keep my LSC on the road!:)
