    I have this same problem with my engine, but twords the bottem of the engine. But it onlys does it when I first start up the engine. Once the engine warms up, it goes away. So it could be something else. And also its only on the drivers side. I have a warrenty still on the car, so I might take...

    I just bought some Autolite Double Platinums for my 2000 LS V8, and the guy at autozone told me .044. The funny part is the ones that I pulled out were anywhere from .029 to .042.
