18" Black wheels with polish lip.

Better run a small sidewall with that 38 offset or it's gonna rub out back when lowered. 245/40 might do it. Then again, it might not.

What I can't seem to understand is why you're getting all bent out of shape because I commented on how wagon wheel..y 20" wheels look like (in my opinion), and how the LS suspension is NOT designed for such wheel. Never mind how such a wheel is "just" for the LS. Backspacing is important in a wheel, yes. But there is more to a wheel than just backspacing.

I will agree that the ride changes alittle but I am will to sacrifice that for the added looks over the stockers. Actually as long as your rim and tire combo are the same overall height as the stock wheel and tire combo then the only difference is the weight. Like I said I have had my rims on my car for 4 years now without any problems so I dont know what problems you had but feel free to explain.

the differance in the sidewall will also effect how the car handles

wow, i though your mom weighed more than that, at least it seemed that way

sorry i just couldn't pass on the perfect setup

??? your comment made no sense.....

and I thought I was the king of senseless :p

you say it LOUD and PROUD :p

I already said that in the beginning of that post. I was calling them the same as for rubbing and turning purposes.

What you guys think these wheels for a black lse lowered with eibach springs?

SIZE:18"X7.5"

BOLT PATTERN: 5x108 +38mm offset

FINISH: Black with polish face

NICE. Would look and ride nicely in 18 with Eibach Pro kit springs. Any size over 19 is a HORRIFIC ride quality for the LS.

Get 245/40/18s with that offset to avoid any rubbing.

Also, what's wrong with having Jag wheels???

I think they look hella

You paying more for one OEM rim than my whole set just proves how big of an idiot you are. I bet you have some jag rims on your car. Way to jump on the bandwagon now if you dont have anything useful to say about the original topic than just keep it to yourself. Have a nice day sir!!
Jag wheels... Nope. No Jag wheels here.

Here we go again. "If you don't agree with me, shut up!". Is this what you're basically saying? You know, you never learn anything from people who always agree with you. And we are on topic. The man has 20" wheels, and likes them. I can respect that.

Not that it will make any difference, but I'll say it again: If it works for you, then GREAT. Sometimes you just gotta have bling, damn the functionality.[/QUO

go buy an ls then you can come talk to all of us about the car. and you want to talk money then buy a car that cost more than a grand buddy

LSs are a little small for me. Don't quite have the headroom. And if I did... it wouldn't have wagon wheels on it... ever

As far as buying a car that costs more than one grand... heh.

I have some that cost me more than 1000 dollars. With that said, since I have cars that cost me more than your limit of 1000 bucks, it must mean that I have dough, right?

So Frogman, you dont even have a LS? Then why are you even posting anything here? You need to take your gay a$$ to the clown porn forum because that is all you are is a f!cking hating a$$ clown that cant afford a car to put your SUPER EXPENSIVE OEM RIMS on. Take that sh!t somewhere else little boy. HAHAHAHAHA

So Frogman, you dont even have a LS?

Nope. Can't afford one of those fancy LSs...

Then why are you even posting anything here?

Why, I am here to annoy people such as yourself. Duh!

Good thing I use wheels instead of rims. Tell me, do you think Jag wheels would fit a Mark VIII?

I am so hating you cool LS owners though. Maybe if I get another job, I could buy me one. Do you think the Jag wheels will work on that one?
Oh a second thought... I'll have to pass on the LS. It's kinda wimpy. Nice looking car, no balls.

hey frogman you are really ballin in the mark women just flock when they see the grampa ride pull up

LMAO.

A grandpa ride? Know a lot of grandpas that drive 2 door Mark VIII's? I bet you most LSs are driven by an older crowd than are Mark VIIIs.

Yeah, yeah, I know, the LS was marketed towards the younger, hip, potential M3 buyer. But I hate to say this... A lot more older people bought them new off the showroom floor than younger people.

So... you may wish to re-think who's the one driving the "grandpa" car.

hey frogman, the ls was competing with the 5 series bimmer, not the m3.

Other than that, hilarious. Keep it up :D

i'm not gonna lie, my mark got a lot more female attention than either of my LS's do

Come on, you don't need to depend on your car for female attention, do you?

Come on, you don't need to depend on your car for female attention, do you?

guess they do....

...I just count on my ride to take women back to my place..get em a lil drunker...and get it on!

WOOHOO

Lol than your LS must be F!CKED UP because the LS looks way better than any mark VIII out there...girls with missing teeth are not the type of attention i would want and thats the only kind of women looking at mark VIII's

Yeah, I really don't know any grandpas who drive two door Mark VIII's. Why? because its not practical. And yes, the younger generation of thug life kids seem to be "riding dirty" in Mark VIII's around the streets. From just seeing the people who drive these cars, it doesnt suprize me that you own one. It goes along with your chickens in biker outfits in your avitar. -IMO

I read post everyday on the LS forum I am tired of seeing you on here and causing problems. Go somewhere else. I am here to learn about cars and not to learn how arguments can be started. Im not "bent out of shape" like you tell almost every guy who takes offense to your responses. I just don't like your personality. I think others would agree.

About the wheels:

18x7's are awful skinny wheels IMO. But If you like them, get them. 20's and up don't ride terrible on all vehicles our size. It all depends on the quality of the suspension. I have owned other vehicles before the LS and the ride was just as nice with the 20's and 22's because they suspension was built better. Though I also had a Seville and the 20's rode like crap. Like I said, It all depends on vehicle.

I stand corrected.

Yeah...?... Who the hell starts a sentence with "yeah", like that?

But, thank you for making my point to kwazy about how the Mark VIII is not a grandapa's car.

And it's an Avatar, not Avitar. adiot... And if you don't get the reference in my avAtar, then you are a real Adiot. I'm surpriZed you can't even spell surprise. How many college degrees do YOU have? 2, like slicky? 4? I'm betting 3, from the way you type. Incidentally, I have no College degrees.

And thank you, I try to be original and have original stuff in my avAtar. Unlike you and your posse who seem to all have your cars in your avAtars.

I read post everyday on the LS forum I am tired of seeing you on here and causing problems.

You read post? Is that the Washington Post? 'Cause I hate to break it to you, there is no "post" here. Just a bunch of threads with postS in them. Well... now that I think of it, there is a post here somewhere... I uploaded a picture of it. But I don't recall any writing on it. And even if there is writing on it, do you forget what's written on the post from day to day?

You're tired? Poor, baby. Go have a nappy nap.

Go somewhere else.

Go somewhere else? I'm "BOTHERING" you? WTF? Have you read about the "ignore" button? Who are you, Jerry Falwell? (If you don't get the reference, then google it).

I am here to learn about cars and not to learn how arguments can be started. Im not "bent out of shape" like you tell almost every guy who takes offense to your responses.

Good for you! Car knowledge is good. I'm glad to hear you're not (yet) bent out of shape. I'm sure you will be, by the time I'm done with you.

I just don't like your personality.

Eh. At least I HAVE one. You...? not so much.

I think others would agree.

That you have no personality? Possibly. Then again, possibly not. I'm sure that you have a personality. It's just that your personality doesn't mean squat to me.
