Hey everybody! New to the site, and loving it! I got my 2002 Lincoln LS V6 almost a year ago in GREAT cosmetic conditon. Had to put some money in it since then (clock spring, air intake leak, rubber elbow that caused rough idle, cylinder 5 coil) and still have some other problems. When it rains really hard, the passenger side front pillar gets wet and drips into the floor board, have the "hollow thud" noise when I go over bumps, and I need a new rim because one is a little bent. Thanks to you guys on this site, I think I know how to get this stuff fixed! Thanks everybody!

Welcome to LVC

The leak is the sunroof drain hose coming un hooked. Pull back the headliner and you will see it.
The 'hollow thud' is probly your stabilizer bar bushings and/or links. It could also be bad control arm bushings.

:W Glad to see you are finding all the info you need. Now, post pictures of your LS. Or we won't believe you own one. No pictures. It didn't happen.:p

White gen 1 represent!:headbang:

Looks good!

This thing was garage kept before I got it. It is immaculate inside and out! (especially for a 11 year old car) and it only has 105k miles on it!

Its been snowing like crazy in here Kansas City so I put my 03 LS in the garage. Not wanting any of that damn salt on it!...

Luckily we don`t get much snow down here in Mississippi! An inch or two a year (if we`re lucky), so no salty roads for this one thank goodness! Y`all stay safe up there!

That's no lie. Im so tired of shoveling. I told my girlfriend were buying a snow blower for next winter. She asked how much they cost and I said 'just a few chiropractor visits'. Last Thursday we got 14" and we just got another 12" Tuesday.

What up Waggs!!! sorry I missed you some how!

I took a couple pics of the first storm... OF THE LS OUTSIDE :(:(:( If Hite could have found my keys last weekend I could have swapped LS's in my garage!!! (or made the wife park outside ;) )...we still on for Sunday?

I hid your keys so I didn't have to any more work...lol. Yes were still on for Sunday. You should come hang out too waggs, while were wrenching on GRELLs LS

hey guys quick question, I have 2002 lincoln ls and non of my interior lights turn in, all my lights for the dash work, couldit be a fuse and which one and where would it be at?

roll the dimmer up on the right near light switch..if not that, need more info

I've tried that didn't work, but the dimmer works for the radio and Guage lights. my door lights don't work and neither do my ceiling and rear ceiling light don't turn on.

Yes, it could be a fuse. Do the map lights work? Will the rear lights come on when you flip them on manually?

Your owner's manual gives the fuse locations and what they do. Start with that. If you don't have the owner's manual, it can be downloaded here.

so the map lights don't work and when I switch the rear light it doesn't come in either, checked all the fuses inside the car, is there a certain fuse I'm suppose to be looking for?

so I I replaced the fuse and my map lights work now but won't turn off at all, need help please!!
